Entervision, commisioned by Wave Farm for the exhibition, ‘Groundswell’; a site specific project at Olana, the Historic property of Frederick Church. Entervision was presented as an FM radio transmission, broadcast from Church's studio. The transmission was received from seating installed on a circulatory path, focusing the audience view upwards towards the house. Signaling flags (line-of-sight transmission) indicated the relationship between the source of transmission and the space and site of reception. One's view was trained back from 'the field' to the platform from which the viewshed can be clearly perceived; emphasizing the architecture itself as a complex viewing-filtering-framing instrument.
